We accept payments through various secure methods:

- Venmo
- Shopify Pay (You can pay in bi-weekly installments at no interest).

You can try these methods as follows:
1. We suggest you change a device or browser and try again. Sometimes certain aspects of checkout won't display or function properly.
2. And you are suggested to try and check outusing PayPal express check out to see if that helps.
3. If you're still having trouble, you can give us the SKU, quantity, color, and size you need, and we will send you a paymentlink for you to pay.

There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed.
Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email: support@veluxesilk.com with subject 'Fail Payment' and provide your details and/or screenshot of trouble (if can). -
Payment may be declined for several reasons since you paid via different payment methods.
If you paid via PayPal, and your payment was declined, you may need to:
.Confirm the email address associated with PayPal.
.Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
.Confirm your credit or debit card so we know you’re the card owner.
.Go through a security check so we can confirm your identity.
.Resolve a limitation placed on your account.If you have trouble paying via credit card:
Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or your card is not suspended by the bank for a review.
In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest you try another card at checkout or pay us via PayPal.
If you want to know further information about being declined, you are suggested to contact the payment method provider directly. -
- We typically ship your order within 03 business days.
- Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (Express) for USA, Canada and 12-18 business days for other countries.Your order will arrive within below delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email if items are shipped out.

Typically, the 'Payment Pending' status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, if payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.
Unable to reattempt payment or didn't get a payment failure email?
Please refrain from re-creating your order to prevent duplication! Get in touch with our Customer Service Team via email: support@veluxesilk.com with subject 'Payment Pending' and we'll send you a link for another attempt at payment!
Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?
Our Customer Service Team can help to verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please reach out to us via email: support@veluxesilk.com with the subject 'Order Whereabouts' as the concern. -
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or changes in quantities for your beauty haul. As Veluxesilk is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to the incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!
