Silksilky has been life changing. I have never slept better. Definitely worth the investment. One recommendation I have is to measure yourself and email the measurements to Nina prior to ordering and she will get you the proper size silk pajamas. I did this and they fit exactly as I desired. This will save anyone the hassle of having to return due to wrong size. I also ordered the sheets and they are pure heaven to get into.
